Our journey began in the year 2000 on Batam Island, Indonesia, where our founder, Mr. Alvine Lim, took his first step into the oil and gas industry — a field in which he would build over 25 years of experience.

Mr. Alvine is widely known as the first person to introduce Shell lubricants to the Batam market. With his deep knowledge and industry insight, he laid the foundation for a strong lubricant business — one that would eventually evolve into CACTO, a high-performance lubricant brand officially launched in 2025.
